Ihr findet den Sound von GNR und Radio Enclave langweilig? Ihr hättet außerdem immer wieder mal Lust auf eine andere Musikrichtung?
Und das Wichtigste... ihr wollt die Songs im Game haben, die ihr am liebsten hört? Dann könnte dieses Plugin für euch von Interesse sein.
Diese Mod fügt folgende 4 Radiostationen in euer Game ein:
- Radio BigBeat - 70 Songs
- Radio Radroach - 80 Songs
- Radio Mushroom - 120 Songs
- Radio Ultrajet - 70 Songs
Insgesamt könnt ihr mit dieser Mod 340 Songs nach eurem eigenen Geschmack ins Game bringen. Derzeit beinhalten die jeweiligen Ordner
sogenannte "Silent Files" als Platzhalter. Sie sind schon richtig benannt... also müssen sie nur gegen von euch gewählte Songs ausgetauscht und natürlich gleich
wie die Silent Files benannt werden.
Ursprünglich habe ich diese Mod für mein eigenes Game gemacht, da ich nicht wirklich ein Fan der 50er bin. So entstand "Radio Mushroom"... damals noch
"Radio Toadstool" mit über 100 Songs aus den 70ern.
Mit der Zeit wollte ich dann aber doch etwas Abwechslung, was die Stilrichtung betrifft, und so entschloss ich mich, zusätzliche Radiosender einzubauen.
Also habe ich mir einige Songs der Richtungen BigBeat (natürlich Radio BigBeat), Rock und Punk (Radio Radroach) und Techno (Radio Ultrajet) als Alternative
zu meinen geliebten Siebzigern konvertiert.
Die "Silent Files" könnt ihr so lange in den Ordnern lassen, bis ihr entsprechend Songs gefunden habt und für das Game z. B. auch 120 Songs zu finden sind,
auch wenn ihr erst 75 eingefügt habt.
Die Radiosender sind so eingestellt, dass ihr die Songs überall gleich gut hört.
Formatieren der Songs:
Damit die Songs im Spiel dann auch zu hören sind, müssen sie alle entsprechend formatiert werden!
- Bit Rate: 128 kBit/s (Die Bitrate von 128 kBit/s habe ich gewählt, da auch die Songs von Bethesda diese Bitrate haben.)
- Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
- Sample Size: 16 bit
- Channels: Stereo

This plugin adds 4 new radio stations to Fallout3:

Overall you can put 340 Songs of your own taste to the game. I included "Silent Files" with the right names of the songs as placeholder in
the folder (Data/Sound/Songs/Radio)... you must only replace them with your songs.
First I made this plugin for my own game, because I'm not a fan of the Fifties. So I made "Radio Mushroom"... in those days "Radio "Toadstool"... with over 100 Songs
from the Seventies.
Over the time I was going to have more variations and different soundstyles and so I decided to integrate more radio stations.
Big Beat for Radio Big Beat ;), Rock- and Punksongs for Radio Radroach and Trance and Techno for Radio Ultrajet... real alternatives to the lovely seventies.
The "Silent Files" should be in the folder till you have changed them with songs. So there are for the game in Radio Mushroom 120 songs even though you changed...
for example... 60 songs.
The radio stations are adjusted to hear the songs in a good quality all over the wasteland.

That you can hear the songs in the game, they must be formatted!

Das ist eine kleine Mod mit 5 verschiedenen Versionen eines Nachtsichtgerätes und einer Gasmaske, die zu 45 % vor Gift als auch Radioaktivität schützt.
Die Gegenstände sind an verschiedenen Orten im Wasteland zu finden. Das erste Nachtsichtgerät befindet sich in Megaton im "Haus der Gemeinschaft" in einer
verschlossenen Kiste (oberster Stock). Alle anderen Nachtsichtgeräte als auch die Gasmaske sind per Zufall im Game verteilt.
Die Modelle stammen ausschließlich aus Sinblood's Ressource, dem ich an dieser Stelle ein Danke für die wundervolle Arbeit aussprechen möchte. Für die
Nachtsichtgeräte habe ich die Brillen aus "SB Gasmask" verwendet und entsprechend abgeändert, sodass sie nun vom Char richtig getragen werden können.
Die Nachtsichtgeräte gibt es in den folgenden fünf Farben: weiß, rot, blau, grün und violett.
Für die Benutzung der Nachtsichtgeräte benötigt ihr Kernspaltungsbatterien. Sie müssen lediglich im Inventar sein, und die Brillen laden sich von alleine
wieder auf.
This is a plugin with five different versions of Nightvision-Goggles and a Gasmask which protects against poison (45%) and radiation (also 45 %).
You can find them at different places in the wasteland, except one of the Nightvision-Goggles (white). They are in a chest on the second floor of the
House of Community in Megathon. All the other Nightvision-Goggles and also the Gasmask are randomly distributed.
The meshes and textures are from Sinblood's Resource "SBGasmask", and at this point I'd like to thank Sinblood for his wonderful work.
I've just matched the goggles onto the face (eyes) and made variations of textures like the Nightvision-Colour.
The Nightvision-Goggles can be found in five colours: white, red, blue, green and violet.
To reload them you need a Fission Battery in your inventory.

Dieses kleine Plugin fügt dem Game zwei 44er Winchester hinzu (scoped und unscoped). Sie sind je zwei mal im Ödland zu finden und können mit Jagdflinten repariert
werden. Als Basis für diese Waffen habe ich die Lincoln-Rifle verwendet und für das Scope das originale Scope der 44er-Magnum. Außer dem Mesh habe ich auch die
Texturen bearbeitet und es gibt nun für die "1stperson"-Sicht eine hochauflösende Textur in 2048 x 2048.
Weitere Details könnt ihr dem Readme entnehmen.
Dieses Plugin ist für die Vanilla-Version von Fallout 3. Was ich damit sagen möchte, ist, dass sie ursprünglich nur für meine "WeaponCompilation" (noch in Arbeit)
gemacht habe, die jedoch, was die ganzen Einstellungen (vor allem den Schaden) der Waffen betrifft, wegen der extrem hohen (und tödlichen) Werte nicht für ein
durchschnittliches Game geeignet ist. Dieses Plugin sollte aus diesem Grund auch nicht mit der Compilation zusammen verwendet werden.
Falls sich jemand von euch fragt, warum ich sie "Winchester 1855" genannt habt?
Das ist ganz einfach. Weil es gut klingt.

This is a small plugin which adds 2 new versions of the Winchester 1855 to the game. One with scope and one unscoped. You can find each of them on two places
in the wasteland. They are like "Unique Guns" and you can repair them with the "Hunting Rifles".
The two rifles are converted from the "Lincoln Rifle" in the game, and for the scope I used the original 44 Magnum Scope. I've also added a high quality texture for
the 1st person sight.
This plugin is made for a vanilla version of Fallout. What I'm trying to say is, that I made these weapons at first only for my weapon compilation (will coming soon),
where I have adjusted the damages of all the weapon (and also other values) very deadly, and so it's also not ideal to use this plugin with the compilation.
And if you ask why Winchester 1855?
That's really simple. Because it sounds fine. :)

Dieses kleine Plugin fügt dem Game eine Unique-Waffe, und zwar die wunderschöne "Flintlock Pistole" hinzu. Die Waffe habe ich aus einem freien 3D-Modell nach Fallout
konvertiert. Da sie aufgrund ihrer Bauweise nur einen Schuss haben kann, habe ich sie natürlich ein wenig überpowert, damit es auch Sinn macht, sie im Spiel zu verwenden.
Genaue Werte findet ihr im Readme.

This is a small plugin which adds the wonderful "Flintlock Pistol" as Unique Weapon to the game. The Flintlock is converted from a free 3d model. This special gun has only
one shot. But I made it a bit overpowered, so it makes sense, to use this weapon.

Diese Mod ist eine Zusammenstellung aus über 170 (genaue Anzahl noch nicht sicher) Waffen aller Arten. Viele von euch werden jetzt denken
"ah, noch so eine Waffenmod, wie es schon einige gibt". Nun, nicht ganz.
Bisher war es ja immer so dass man sich recht gut in den diversen Feuergefechten bewegen konnte, ohne dabei großartig Schaden zu nehmen. Irgendwie fad, dachte
ich mir. Wie sähe es denn in der Realität aus, wenn ein Gegner nun mit einer Kalaschnikov vor mir stünde? Wenn ich auf eine scharfe Mine trete? Oder jemand mit
einer Granate nach mir wirft? Ja, und das macht meine Mod ein wenig anders.
Was die Stärke der Waffen betrifft, so habe ich versucht, sie so zu balancieren, dass z. B. aus einer Kalaschnikov manchmal 1 Schuss, generell aber 2 bis drei
Schüsse genügen, um einen Gegner zu töten. Ähnliches mit allen möglichen Pistolen, Granaten, Minen und was es eben sonst noch so in dieser Mod gibt.
Ja, diese Mod ist hardcore und es geht nun wirklich mal um's Überleben im Ödland. Und das meine ich ehrlich. Wenn ihr etwa mit einem noch recht schwachen Char
auf einen Gegner mit einem Granatwerfer trefft werdet ihr mit ziemlicher Sicherheit sterben... außer ihr seid schnell genug oder habt unglaubliches Glück. Allerdings
gibt es diese Waffen selten. Trotzdem ist es ratsam, oft zu speichern. Ja, und es sind auch sehr gemeine Waffen mit dabei wie etwa Pfeilflinten, von denen es eine
Art gibt, die Lähmungspfeile verschießen... allerdings hab' ich das selbst getestet... es ist (gerade) noch im Rahmen dessen, was man so aushalten kann.
Taktisches Vorgehen ist hier auf jeden Fall angesagt. Aber was wäre diese Mod, wenn nicht auch die Gegner ordentlich Gas geben könnten. Letztlich ging es mir nie
darum, nur eine Mod mit überpowerten Waffen zu machen, sondern eine, die meiner Vorstellung einer solchen Realität, wie sie Fallout vermittelt, nahekommt.
Ich will damit sagen, dass diese Mod für zartbesaitete Seelchen möglicherweise weniger geeignet ist. Gegner verfügen also über dieselbe Waffenauswahl, das ihr
haben werdet, wenn ihr es schafft, sie zu überleben. Allerdings findet ihr auch bei Händlern immer wieder mal einige. Es gibt nur einige wenige Waffen, die einzig an
bestimmten Orten zu finden sind, sogenannte Unique-Waffen... diese Auswahl habe ich aber nicht in Bezug auf Waffenstärke getroffen, sondern dafür einige wenige einzigartige
Stücke ausgewählt.
An dieser Stelle möchte ich auch kurz auf meine Tweaks-Mod (ebenfalls in Arbeit) verweisen, die zwar alleine verwendet werden kann, in der aber vordergründig alle
In-Game-Waffen an diese Waffen-Compilation angepasst sind. Des weiteren sind in der Tweaks-Mod neben anderen Dingen alle möglichen Explosionen verstärkt und passend
dazu RAD-Schäden erhöht worden. Aber vor allem wegen der Waffenanpassung solltet ihr unbedingt die Tweaks-Mod gemeinsam mit dieser Compilation benutzen. Außerdem
werdet ihr mehr Stimpacks benötigen. Auch die werden von der Tweaks-Mod geliefert, und es gibt damit nun endlich richtig geile Explosionen!
Die Waffen sind lediglich von mir in dieser Mod zusammengestellt. Sie stammen allesamt von sehr guten Moddern, deren grandiose Arbeiten ich zu einer Mod vereinen
wollte. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich auch für die vielen Zusagen bedanken, sie sind weiter unten in den Credits erwähnt.
Ich selbst habe einige wenige neu texturiert... manche witzig, manche richtig cool und mich mal an einem Mesh einer Winchester versucht.
Manche der Waffen hab ich nach meinen Vorstellungen ein wenig umfunktioniert, z. B. was deren Munition betrifft. Klar gibt es auch einige neue Munitionsarten in dieser
Mod, aber mir war wichtig, dass dabei ein bestimmter Rahmen nicht gesprengt wird. Generell habe ich die gesamten Waffen was deren Stärke, Haltbarkeit, Sichtweite und
vor allem deren Streuung betrifft, entsprechend meinen eigenen Vorstellung eingestellt.
Wer würde schon gerne eine Waffe verwenden, mit der man nicht mal ein Hochhaus auf 100 Meter Distanz treffen kann?
Die Waffen sind generell über "Leveled Lists" so in das Game eingefügt, dass sie, wie schon oben angedeutet, per Zufall immer wieder mal in den Händen eurer Gegner oder
bei einem der Händler auftauchen. Ich habe in keinster Weise je direkt in die Welt eingegriffen noch habe ich direkt auf NPC's zugegriffen, was mir sehr wichtig war,
um die Verträglichkeit dieser Mod Bezug auf andere Mods gewährleisten zu können. Sie wurde mittlerweile z. B. mit MMM getestet, und es gab bisher nicht das geringste
Problem.

Achtung! Diese Liste darf derzeit noch nicht als 100%ig angesehen werden. Unter Umständen können noch einige interessante Waffen hinzukommen bzw. entfernt werden müssen,
falls ich nicht die Erlaubnis bekomme, sie zu benutzen oder die Autoren der jeweiligen Plugins nicht mehr erreichbar sind.
Die einzelnen Waffen sind hauptsächlich englisch-sprachig angeführt.
This is a compilation composed of more than 170 different weapons. Now several of you will think "oh, yet another Weapon Collection-Plugin".
But that's not quiet correct.
As yet, when you made a trip round the wastland and you was engaged in a gunfire... what happened to you? Nothing or rather not much damage. Just boring, I thought.
How would it be in the reality? How would it be, when an enemy suddenly appears with a Kalashnikov in his hand in front of me? Or when I walk through the woods and
suddenly walk over an armed mine? Or somebody firebombs me? Yeah, and that's the reason, that makes this plugin a little bit different.
But now to the content of my plugin: It's simple. I've made a balancing of all the weapons in this plugin in a manner, that sometimes one strike (for example with a
Kalashnikov) could be deadly, but surely with two or three strikes. The same I made with the most pistols, grenades, mines and so on. But it's not only the damage,
the weapons are also more accurate, and so it's now risky and sometimes deadly to wander through the wasteland. Yes, this mod is... hardcore. (Taht counts of cours
not for every weapon.But its also more fascinating and sometimes a hard battle for existence.
If you have a weak character in the first levels is sometimes better to sneak (or hope in your hideout for better times... only a joke).
But seriously, generally you must fight with this plugin more tactically. There's no way to run against a raider with a small police buton, who shoots with a
Grenadelauncher. Then your char is dead like a doornail. Ok, it's not often, that the enemies have grenade launchers, and the most weapons are leveled, not all.
The only advice, that I can give you, is to safe the game often.
Yes, and some weapons are really horrible, for example the piperifles. There is a variant in this plugin, which shoots "Paralyse-Arrows"... and I've tested it some days
ago. It's, how should I say, sketchy, but it's to cope (with a little bit luck and some stimpaks). Tactical acting is very important. But how should there be an action,
if not also the enemies would have these hazardous weapons?
It was never my intention, to make a plugin with overpowered weapon, but I'd like to make a plugin, which corresponds roughly to my imagination, how Fallout should be.
What I'm trying to say is, that this plugin is not adapted for you, if the difficult-level of vanilla-Fallout is good enough for you. The enemies (Supermutants included)
are also frequently equipped with the weapons of the compilation, you will get, if you survive the fights uncathed. Now and then you can also buy any of the weapons and
there's a small number of them, which can be found on different places. Every of these "Uniques" is twice in the game, and they are not the strongest weapons, but very
special and unusual ones.
To have a balanced game, I work also on a Weapon-Tweaks-Mod, which is an "Addon" for this "Weapon Compilation". Superficial there are all "Ingame-Weapons" attached to the
Compilation (more damage and accuracy). Also I enhanced the most explosions and the radiation-damage, more stimpaks and ammo are buyable and so on. This Tweaks-Mod is
strongly recommended for the Weapon Compilation. And the tweaked explosions are really cool! ;)
